Copper Shim
Hey I ordered a copper shim along with arctic silver 3 and a volcano 11+. Will that help to lower my heat problems?? (60C with 4 fans)

No...the only thing shims do is "protect" you against installing an HSF wrong and cracking the core...but they really don't help cooling - if anything they may hurt cooling some as they push the HSF away from the core - where it needs to be.
