Earthlink shutting down

Yo my friend has earthlink and it always shuts down and says like normal protocal has been interupted (or something like that) and then it shuts down and says that this shutdown was caused by like something/system. Will try to get more details later but if any of u have had this problem and know how to fix it plz tell me. Thx

If you think its related to Earthlink id call them---your friend pays alittle extra monthly for that fine feature (800# 24/7 service)

Ok thx. I will get what it exactly says but he says he is pretty sure it is with earthlink cuz it only happens when he gets on the internet and earthlink error pops up. happens a lot when he try's to play AAO....:0( lol

OK so what is the error?
Does this person have Earthlinks "software" installed?
Need to know what the error is......
Is it a dial-up account, DSL or cable?

Of course you know that if you call Earthlink Support you will be talking to some person in India who will proly not be able to help you. These people in India are also trained on "how to speak with an AMERICAN ACCENT. They also do not use thier own names. They use AMERICAN names like JOHN, JENNIFER, JASON, etc...

Anyway, reply with more details on the issue.
