I haven't had this particular problem as I haven't passworded my CTX EZBook's BIOS.
However, my guess would be to remove the CMOS battery for X amount of time and them put it back in and boot. (See if that does it). and to otherwise look for any kinds of switches/jumpers which look like they might be for resetting BIOS password.
After removing the CMOS battery, you might need to enter the BIOS setup screen (once you replace the battery) and manually enter a lot of the things which were on there before. If this works, and you need some of the old BIOS settings (as you hadn't written them down), I have a CTX EZbook laptop as well, so I can just give you the BIOS settings that you ask for.
