NEED HELP NOW!!

I just got DSL hooked up and got it working like 30min ago. I need to network 2 computers with coax. Why coax you ask beacuse its the only thing I have long enough to go from me to that comp in there room(computer room). I have both computers running XP. Do I need anything special for networking with coax? I tried this before and couldent get it to work. Please help.

scroll down and this has some info on it. from what it sounds like i don't think you need a hub/switch for it.

Yeah, it should work. Although I have never used coax to network (I'm on a 100Mb wired), Windoze should treat your LAN as just another connection. If the OS can talk to the NIC and you have problems, blame it on the card because that's what does the work.
