Hex Editing/reading

Can someone teach me how to read hex decimals? I've downloaded a program called UltraEdit-32...

Reason is I downloaded this program which was written in VB and so my virus scanners would not detect anything and had messed up my computer and I have repaired Windows and I'm able to get back in my computer but I want to read what else the program did to me...

Send a message via AIM to Darthgary
Paste it into Calculator and then click decimal.

I didn't get what you meant by that. Calculator in UltraEdit? Where is that at?

I think he means Windows calculator. You'll find it in Programs > Accessories, or just type calc in the Run command on the Start bar.
Click on "View" and click on "Scientific", then you can swap numbers between hex, binary and decimal using the radio buttons at the top.
