richedit20.dll missing - help

Somehow, I managed to lose richedit20.dll on a WinME pc. This stops some installs as well as inputting text into forms on the web. Where can I get a copy and what directory do I place it in? Thanks in advance!

For anyone who cares: I found a copy of riched32.dll on a win98se pc in the c:\windows\system directory. I copied it to a floppy (yes there still are uses for floppys) and copied it to the same directory on the WinME machine. Reboot and ta-da it works.
