Ghost recon 1.4 patch...

hello guys i have a 556mhz computer and a tnt2 32 mb video card and well i have ghost recon and yesterday i updated gr to version 1.3 but today when i downloaded the update 1.4 and i tried to install it it said: "an error ocurred while trying to install ikelner.exe(0x1200)" i really don't know what that is, well i downloaded the patch 3 times and i still have the same problem, i already searched in google for technical support but i didn't find any so i was wondering if you could help me. thanks.
