Vice City Problem!!! 99%

Ok, I own Vice City on PS2, I've done everything there is to get 100% EXCEPT one more unique Jump
Now i've searched and gone through the list many times doing all the jumps

I've heard other people say that it's a glitch in the game that sometimes one of the jumps doesn't register, so do I have to restart or can I fix this somehow?

there is no fix for it, you just have to keep going and hitting all the jumps until you get it. i know how you feel i had to do it. the roof top jumps on the 1st island are the ones that got me.
