Netscape 6.2 address book

I'm reformatting a Windows 98 machine and I can't figure out how to save the address book and saved e-mails in Netscape 6.2
Does anyone know how I can save these two things before I reformat?

Copy your profile folder and after reformat and install of Netscape copy it right back to where it was before. When you create your profile for the first time Netscape will say the folder already exists do you want to use it. Yes. Make sure you use the exact same info as you did originally. Set up your mail server settings and you should be good to go.
