Used 9700 Pro or new 9500 Pro?

I am looking at getting a better video card. I can find 9700 pros for around $100 refurbed, and new 9500 Pros for about the same price. Which do you suggest I get?

As long as there is some sort of warranty on the 9700 Pro, get it.

At those prices, as long as the card was guaranteed to not be DOA, I'd get either. But definitely the 9700 Pro. Much more memory bandwidth than the 9500 Pro. Faster core, too.
