can't get out of save mode

i have win mellinium and some how i canget out of save mode. i shut down the computer then a black screen comes out and chose start windowns in normal mode and still loads up in save mode with no mouse either. please help... do i need to reinstall windows? thank you

your best bet is to put in your win CD and when it says install, repair, etc..., click repair windows...i had to do this with XP..not sure on how millenium version will act, but its worth a try...
