Here are some free PhotoShop Plug-ins. One of my favorite plug-ins is
Eye Candy 4000 not freeware though.

yes, and whats the best plugin there, cause i wanna make my images really good, so far i have Xeonfux how ever u call it, dsb flux, and candy

Using plug-ins doesn't magically make your images good. I would recommend that you learn how to do stuff using the standard set of tools and filters.

ya i have made millions of images but some with or without filters, its like the effects im looking for, such as that fire and smoke effect in eye candy is very good,
