Wants to send packet

For the last month or so I keep getting this message "250-moc-8.acn.waw.pl [212.76.59.250]" wants to send a packet to your computer from my firewall prog.
I have tried to trace it but visual route reports no nodes are responding.
Can anyone tell me where this is originating from and should I be concerned?

cheers

All I can add is that the "no nodes are responding" may simply mean ICMP resquests are blocked somewhere along the route.

Generalyl I wouldn't be concerned, but I would still send an email to the relating ISPs (yours and waw.pl).

Thanks DVNT,
I kinda thought its nothing drastic and I could just block it with the firewall but it has been happening on a daily basis and its got me curious.Nother thing that intrigues me is that I am on a lousy 56k dial up connection so my IP addy changes daily yet I still get this alert.
Its got me even more curious now that I see waw.pl is all the way from poland.
I am just wondering what my local ISP would want to know about it and what would they do about it?

cheers

They may do nothing, or they may filter out that IP address (or even range) to some degree. They may also send a email to the originator's ISP requesting help in stopping the source. It mostly depends on their time, policy, perceived threat, & mood I would guess.
