What's the best e-maill client?

I have finnaly excaped from AOHell to DSL and I need a good e-mail client. It needs some good filtering capability. It also needs to have a really good address book with the ability to creat and manage large lists of e-mail (100-200). It would also be good if it was easy to sink the adress book with another computer. I know that Outlook 97 and XP should be able to do all of this but I want to know what else is out there. Thanks!

Do you wants to spend some bucks on one or a free one? Just want to know this first before I respond...

I use IncrediMail --I can tell you it is the best one out there. Outlook is no match.

Unless you need to work with workgroups and plan meetings then Lotus Notes and Act are worth looking into.

But if you need email, check out the link above.

You will not be disappointed.

Yes, Incredimail is a very cool program! There are drawbacks...be sure to use the user agreement and make sure you fully understand what you are allowing them to do. I used to use it but no longer do. I just use Outlook Express now.

I highly recommend Mozilla-Thunderbird .10:

It makes handling multiple email accounts painless. I've not found a client that does it better than this one.

I concur Ive just switched from constant browser hopping, to mozilla firebird and thunderbird. (ive been using firebird since 0.1) Thunderbird is really cool dosent have the crappy wizards associated with outlook. Filters are a breeze to set up. Is installed via a zip file, so it does not pevade all regions of you system. ITs a sweet package.

I like mail.com
Its excellent and you ahve options:
-You dont need to have your name and after @mail.com, you can choose like @techie.com, or @rocker, etc, there are hundreds and that is cool. IncrediMail is for me too bloeated and Always it is putting its site in home and gives me problem.
Although mail.com was free now they charge you but its still worth it though. For fre mail, get hotmail. Always used it, always will. I use it for MSN etc its great.
