RE-INSTALL Win2000

I have a HD partitioned into Win98 and Windows 2000. Have a Pentium III PROCESSOR.
I had some files that went bad that NT prompted me to reinstall my disc. Can I go into safe mode and do this or how would you do this WITH A DUAL BOOT? Thanks.

safe mode wont give you cdrom access but what files are you talking about? if you can boot into win2k do you have the bootloader set so you can choose EITHER operating system?

if so you could probably do it from win 98 if you have fat32 on the win2k partition.

I keep getting a message that I have driver file bad. I can boot into 2000 but have no idea which device the message refers to.
Assuming I boot into 2000 how do I reinstall 2000?

Insert your disk and let it go through the process. It will then ask you if you would like to install or repair an existing installation.
