ATI 9700 Pro + Asus A7N8X Deluxe Mobo

ATI 9700 Pro - Catalyst 3.6 Drivers
AMD 2500+XP Barton Core
(3) 512MB PC 2700
2 Intake Fans - 3 Exhaust Fans
Windows XP Professional SP1 - With Latest Updates
Direct X9

I Have Been Currently Playing A Game Called Raven Shield, And It Seems Whatever I Try To Do I Cannot Increase The "FPS" It Is Stuck From Anywhere From 15-25 FPS.

I Have Been In The BIOS And Tried Turning Off AGP 8x and Also Fast Writing This Didn't Seem To Work At All....I Have AGP Card Selected and Not The PCI.

I Have Disabled V-Sync As Well That Didn't Help.

I Have Been Playing Around With AA and Antiscopic Filtering and Many Other Settings For A Long Time Now And Would Like To Get Back To Some Good Gaming.

I Have Ran Rage3D and Still No Luck With That.

And The Last Thing I Tried Was To Just Start From Scratch...Formatted and Reinstalled..Updated To SP1 Reinstalled all My Drivers and Still Have The Same Problem...

This seems to be an issue with this game.

Perhaps you could have a mod change your name to donkey boy or something?

I have tried several different resolutions...As Low As 640x480 and there is no change whatsoever to the fps...It seems very strange..I also put all the details at "Low" and still no change at all..
