out of curiosity...does it have the latest bios flash...is it posible these things could be fixed with an updated bios?
Tomterific had some problems with his I think, until he did a bios flash...cant remember specifics.

Yes, it has the latest BIOS. And Iv'e tried reflashing it and clearing it.
