Some of those games are graphic heavy.
C&C generals requirements:
Required
Operating System: Windows 98/2000/ME/XP (Windows NT is Not Supported)
Processor: Pentium III 800 MHz or Higher
Video Card: 32 MB 3D Video Card
Hard Drive: 1.8 GB HD
CD-ROM: 8x or Faster
RAM: 128 MB RAM
The Other two should run on your system.
Does it crash in the middle of playing?
Does your system run slow even without playing games or even crash? As XP takes a minimum of 128mb to run and your total system is 128. Adding more ram wouldn't hurt. My system would crash during graphic heavy games and I had a 1.6 mhz cpu 512 ddr ram and a GF4 mx 420. I upgraded to a GF4 Ti 4200 and haven't had a game crash on me yet. Does you geaphics card have a cooling fan or just a heatsink? It could be caused from heat.

Sometime increasing the graphic aperture size will stop the crashes but it takes more memory to do that and I don't think you have enough. You can try it though and see if it made a difference.
