Ram to get with 800mhz fsb?

should i get dual channel 400, 433, 466, or even 500 mhz ram? i dont know whether you're supposed to match the fsb (like dual 400) or if its ok to go above the processors fsb speed (like the 433+) i plan on overclocking also, so take that into account.

Your best to find out what mem is recomended for your mobo before deciding all that. So you knwo what your choices are. What mobo-do you have the mem recomendations from manufacturer?
