Please Help me! M810DLU Audio Codec

I´ve got M810DLU V 5.2A but I´m having problems with the Sound Codec when the sound is very very low, it´s impossible to listen... All configurations are Ok, I tryed all drivers for all Windows but when I connect into my radio output with hi volume it works... What can i do to resolve this problem?
