Mobo Help!!

I've just finished building my 3rd p.c, but having problems, this is what's happening, when i switch the p.c on it reads the ram, hd, and cd rom fine, goes on to load but just before it gets to the windows screen it keeps restarting, i've tried different ram, different PSU and a different Graphics card, please help!!



Chaintech Mobo KT133
AMD Athlon 1000 MHZ CPU
Geforce 4 64rm Graphics Card
128 ram
windows xp pro

check for heating. what does your cpu read at in the bios?

O.k this is the temp:

Current CPU Temp = 35 / 95f
Current System Temp = 29 / 84f
CPU Fan Speed = 4714 RPM

The temps were going up as i was writing it down the cpu temp went to over 103faranite
