Is it possible to overclock a VPR Matrix?

My friend has a 226R VPR Matrix. The BIOS doesn't allow for overclocking, I beleieve the motherboard is made by Intel. I know that Intels don't usually oc, but I was wondering if there are bioses out there that will let me overclokc his machine. Thanks.

The only thing you can do is update the BIOS, that board no matter what you do will probally not let you overclock the Processor. Intel does not premote overclocking.

If he wants to overclock that bad then I suggest buying another motherboard.

This one would be good for his system.

from what I've seen from these systems Darthgary is right there is no overclocking as they run standard intel mobo's. But not much need to oc it as its a solid system and should be plenty fast.

Yes. I have an Abit IS7, which kicks ass for overclocking.
