no sound on kazaa player

all the sudden my kazaa player has no audio. the audio on my PC is fine. any suggestions?

can play mp3s on other programs? it might be the sound was turned down to min in the main sound and audio devices in the control panel... it happens sometimes with wave sound

Uninstall Kazaa (run adawareand or Spybot) and reinstall Kazaa Lite...

By saying it has no audio do you mean it doesn't play sound files or do you mean that your porn videos don't have sound? If you're watching porn and it doesn't have sound, you might need a new codec. Try opening the porn in Windows Media Player to see if it downloads any new codecs. If it tries to download a codec but can't, go to "Control Panel" then "Internet Options" then the "Security" tab. Set the security for internet zones to be "medium". Try to run the porn again and see if it downloads the needed codecs

You might want to use another application. KaZaA audio system is not really very good.

I did what one of you mentioned and uninstalled kazaa and installed kazaa lite. I downloaded a song to test it and I still get no sound. It won't play as an mpeg either. What's strange is that the slide-bar starts moving slowly to the right, then jumps to the end abruptly. I made no changes to my pc, so therefore I'm puzzled as to why all the sudden there is no sound. I can play cd's, so the speakers work. What do ya think?
