Win 2k dual boot
Okay I did a repair on a harddrive from another system on my primary system and now I cannot remove the boot options at startup.

I think they are located in the boot.ini in your root directory. You should be able to delete the options from there.

What exactly do you mean by boot options? Do you mean during bootup a screen appears which lets you choose which drive to boot from?

Yes, or it lets you chose the partition to boot from.
I think it is the same in Win XP.

Yes it is the same in XP.

Buzioid is right, edit the boot.ini and remove the option for the other drive.
