The pin-out configuration should be in your manual or on Asus's site...the fans in front should be blowing in...

It bears repeating:

Fans on the left side and the front of your case blow inwards. Fans on the top and rear of the case blow out. Simple, yes, but sometimes forgotton.

The "bottom" PSU fan is blowing up into the power supply, and the one on the back blows out.

Try to make 2 separate ways of air flow:
1. Unrestricted airflow through the front of the case.
2. Air flow across the back of the motherboard.

To get unrestricted flow, cut off any metal grill infront of the fans. I cut the grill of my case fans and the air flow is MUCH Better. CPU and board temperatures dropped over 7 degrees C.

To get the best air flow, put duct tape over the little holes on the left side of your case. This will prevent air flow speed from dropping. Keep the holes on the right side of the case open so that air flows across the back of the motherboard.
