How do i get rid of klez? What does it do?

After i post thi i'm going to get out some anti virus sites, bu8t would like to post this first.

Anyways, i haven't seen it but she (My grandma) keeps getting a pop up box that says this:

1-worm/klez.h
C:\system volume information\_restore(FSSAB712-9EDA4-4FBZ-96AF-DD52E2084581)\RP89\A0033643.bat

She has scanned with anti virus nothing has pulled up, also i tried housecall, but it failed (Couldn't download the database) and she is on 56k so that won't work

Symantec has a Klez removal tool Follow the instructions, it should do it.

Oh, that's the system restore. There is advice on Symantec's webiste about that. You need to disable system restore, and delete restore points.
