Heat Related BSOD's, Help!

Specs first;

Enlight case w/ 360w ps
ECS K7S5A ver. 3
XP2000+ retail(modded, will explain later) ASIII
512 PC2100
Liteon 24x CD-RW
Liteon 16x DVD-Rom
Mitsumi FDD
PNY GF4 Ti4200 4x 128mb

Case fans;
1 low 80mm front intake
1 high 80mm rear exhaust
1 side intake 150mm? 110v fan(it's a large 110v volt fan I modded into the side.)
1 52cfm 80mm cpu fan into a 60mm to 80mm adapter.

I'm getting Heat related BSOD's with enough air flowing that you have to wear tight clothing around it. Db's is not an issue with fans.

A lot of gaming goes on at this machine. Mainly MOH:AA and BF1942. It is in a fire station so the comp is being used most of the time. 20hr/day.

What do I do next? CPU is a Pally. I'd hate to think that I have to go to a tbred to dissapate more heat. Money is not an issue to get this thing cool.

??????????????

It's a tough situation. I'm the appointed Admin for 45 users on this machine.
XP Pro and I'm the only one with admin rights.

BSOD's give no false readings.

No, I haven't tried it without the big fan. I put it in before I put the adapter on the hs. Maybe that would help? I put the adapter on because I notice that the fan on the hs was running about half speed and the hs was hot to the touch.

Does your heatsink have a copper bottom? Artic Silver is very helpful also. What about your voltages? Can you try lowering them and seeing if the CPU still operates properly?

As far as the hs goes, it's retail, so it is the stock au. Already using ASIII, maybe need to change the heatsink and reapply. I bought an XP2000+, so I would really like to use it as that. I could run it at 100/100 but what purpose would that serve?

What sort of modification did you do to the CPU? I see its a K7S5A, are you running Cheepo's BIOS or the official one?
What in the way of cables are in the case? I mean are there any cables that could be blocking airflow. If there's too many IDE cables, pull them out, cut down between the wires and tie them up. Walla! Instant rounded (sort of) cables.
How do you know the BSODs are heat related? What do the temp probes report? In windows? Under load? idle?
