CD-ROM wire to RCA jacks?

I have a Sounblaster 128 PCI card that has 3 CD inputs (internal)on it.I would like to take the wire for a CD-ROM,and solder one end to a female RCA jack ,and then mount it into the front bezel in the CD-ROM bay that is empty.

So what I need to know is which wires are left, right, and ground

Thanks

Well, if you go by the the way they are designed, the Black is Ground, and whatever wire that plugs into the #1 pin would be left , and the far right pin would be right.

Or, we could just try to find a wiring diagram. But, from my experience, the inner wires are almost always ground ( and black ).
