NDIS.sys crashing win2k.

ok this has started to really upset me. i dont think that i have rebooted my computer by choice since i put the dual p3's in it. i've had 2 NDIS.sys blue screens today. had about 5 yesterday.

google points to xp things. i dont have zone alarm. which comes up in a bunch as well.

the amd setup would crash but i dont think it was ndis.sys it might have been.

any ideas on this?

ndis is a network driver, so updating your nic drivers might help.
