ok guys will this work with my abit nf7-S 2.0 motherboard

YEap, it should. Although some nForce2 boards have issues with Corsair memory, it's mostly of the PC3200 variety, and there are ways to work around them.

If you really want performance, check out Mushkin. Their RAM is a lot better than Corsair's.
