peculiar folders peculiar folders

peculiar folders
i was checking my drive contents and i found some folders labeled Found.000 through Found.010 when checking the contents of this folders i found files which according to there properties are recovered file fragments....can i delete these?

These are found and made by scandisk. It is safe to delete these.
