Need a 60mm CPU fan quickly and cheaply

Hello. I'm off to college soon, but the fan in my father's home-built CPU is driving him nuts. It's 40CFM/48dB, so it's pretty loud. Problem is, you pay as much for shipping as for the product, and while it's only 5 bucks, it's a principle thing now. The best deal I've found is @ SVC "60x25mm 24CFM / 34dB YS-Tech 3-pin" for $5 plus $2 shipping first class mail, but who knows how long that could take. If anyone finds a good deal, I'm willing to pay a little extra since it's such a cheap part that could make a difference, but something like free shipping or cheap shipping would be great. Thanks for suggestions.

By the way, it's to sit on top of a Thermaltake SK-6+, so it doesn't screw, has to clip, so I don't think converters are an option.

that deal you found at SVC sounds pretty good. Depending on where you live, First class mail doesn't usually take that long.... I've had it take as little as 1 Day. Yes, 1 day from Denver, CO to Lincoln, NE. But generally whenever I order something from, let's say California, it'll be here in either 3 or 4 days.

Here are some more options to choose from. I've ordered here before and they did a good job at getting it here quick... Shipping may be a bit much for you though if you want to get it fast.... They don't offer priority or first class. Just UPS or FedEx.
