xp 2500+ question on fsb

i just bought an xp 2500+ with 333 fsb. my mobo has settings for the fsb that range from 100 to 200. what should i set it on? right now it is at 100(default) but im guessing it should be higher but i dont know what to set it on. i tried 133 but winamp kept locking up. so i put it back to 100 for now. any ideas?

Multi 11x
FSB 166mhz
Vcore 1.65

Mem at 100% will have to be ddr333 or use asynch if not. More than likely its your mem timings
