damn xupiter search bar help...HELP!!!

can anyone take this site down
my girlfriend was using my puter a few days ago, and clicked "yes" b4 reading a pop up...(yeah i scolded her) and it installed this piece of sh!t program called xupiter tool bar...well i tried everything to delete it...but it wont let me delete a single dll file, even in safe mode..so now everytime i get a "this page cannot be displayed" page, it immediatly forwards itself to the above link, which casuses t2 or 3 pop up ads......how can i banish this damn web site from ever being seen by my eyes again?
oh yeah, i already tried going to tool>internet options>security and have banned this site from being viewed on this computer..but its not working one bit...anyhelp is appreciated..and i mean any

ive removed zupiter twice now from a friends machine with adaware.

its win2k, and i tried adaware, apparently im not deleting it all, and also i cant delete the XTUpdate.dll file....i tried booting in safemode, but it still says the dll is currently in use by windows...

Spybot Search and Destroy will remove it by deleting a bunch of the files, then running on your next startup to delete that DLL before it's loaded.

taken care of....however, i havent had a page unavailable come up yet, so im not 100% sure...thanks everyone, i went and did a thorough scan and delete with adaware...it seemed to work so far...

:-) here we go with the xupiter spyware again, use hijackthis it works
