Welcome to TechIMO Darren.

Is there anything in particular that you are doing with your pc when you get the BOS?

This could be caused by several things, such as too much heat, memory problems, not enough power from your psu etc. or it could just be a simple driver error - How you done anything you can think of in the last couple of weeks?

As a start, try looking at the Microsoft Knowledge Database, I dont have a link, but try microsoft.com and go from there, you should be able to enter the error number in somewhere, and see what it finds.

Another thing to try, download Memtest86 and see if it gives you any indication of ram problems.

If no joy, come back with info on your machine:

cpu, mobo, operating system, ram, video card etc.

Hope that helps...

Sorry to jump in, but I saw this thread and thought this might work for me - I'm having hassles and thought they might be Mem related.

I ran this util, and it seemed to be saying I had faults with the ram, how up-to-date is the util? Does it matter I've got Dual Channel ram? If it says is broke, is it definantly had it?!

Once again, sorry to bounce in, but though you might be able to offer some advice.

Ta.
