Monitor problem

Here and there I get little glitches on my monitor. Like spots on the monitor will move left and right real fast and then go back to normal. Any idea what the problem is?

you dont happen to have a cell phone or cordless phone next to the monitor or anything else with interference do you? that can easily cause problems. my cell phone will make the screen skip evrey 45 seconds if it is within a foot of the left side... they do wierd things like that
