I'll give you the same advice I followed when putting together my system. I knew ahead of time what my overall plan for the system I wanted, so I figured I'd be able to get away with a 350W PSU from a good manufacturer (Antec, Enermax, et al), but I also thought to myself, "Self, if I'm going to be spending alot of money for a PSU, why not go extreme overkill, just in case I decide to upgrade sooner than I think I will, or in the remote case I want to re-use this PSU with a new build a year or two down the road?" So, I went with a 470W Vantec PSU, although this darned thing is so far from "Stealth", it should be illegal. I say, the more the merrier.
I have personal experience with Antec and Enermax supplies, along with the Vantec Stealth units, and I've heard and read good things about Zalman and Raidmax.
My advice, get yourself something that gives you a little breathing room. You can get away with a 300 watter in some cases, although you'd need to be absolutely sure beforehand, and you'd need to make sure it's a good brand that can supply enough juice on all the rails for your devices. A 350 W unit is good most of the time, but 400 and up is even better. And the link that shawshank posted gets you a high rated PSU at a bargain price.
