Heeeeeeeeeelp service pack 4 problem

I got windows 2000 pro, and I bought an mp3 play but it require me to update windows 2000....

The problem is that I can’t get service pack 4, the information I gain about this problem is

If this error persists after you have clicked retry several times, go to the windows 2000 service pack web site and select “problems downloading the service pack”. This will give you instructions on how download a version of the service pack that does not require a web connection during installation.

I can’t find the place they are talking about there .

Need help here thx…….

I had this exact same problem just last week. It ended up being a bad stick of memory. I didn't notice a problem until trying to download SP 4. I tried over and over. I read some where about memory problems, probably right here on TIMO. Downloaded Memdoc, checked the memory, found one of mine bad. Removed it, tried SP 4 again and magic happened. I had no other evidence of memory problems.
