I know what ya mean, and it makes perfect sense, I feel the same way.
But on the other hand, wouldn't that go for all the parts?
I mean, if you "upgrade" your cpu, that's also replacing it.

I think upgrading is defined by replacing it with something newer, better and faster, or whatever definition goes for the thing you upgrade.
So, upgrading is replacing, but replacing is not necessarily upgrading.
