Alt+Tab !?!

It seems that I lost the ability to swap between open windows using Alt+Tab or click-ing on the TaskBar !
Strange is that it shows that the window/app is becoming active but it does't pop up in front of the one that is already displayed!!
Only thing I did trying to fix it was to reboot!!
OS is w2k pro.

Suggestions ??

is your processor pegged by an application by chance?
It sounds like something is eating up your processor so it can't repaint the form of the new app.

Do you have intellipoint software installed?

And a little patience would better help you to get a solution.

Some keyboard shortcuts may not work if StickyKeys is turned on in Accessibility Options. If you are connected to Windows 2000 through Microsoft Terminal Services Client, some shortcuts have changed.

How about the [WINDOWSkey]+TAB, will that let you cycle open windows?

to answer to siliconjon

but there is some improuvment...
if i click on the task bar and follow a sequence, remember 3 browsers open, then it works (ie 1 then 3 then 2) but it doesnt seem to make a rule of that!!

weird!!
