Possible Net Attack iminent?

Just saw this over on CNN's site.

Government and industry experts are increasingly concerned about brewing hacker activity they consider a precursor to a broad Internet attack that will target a serious flaw in Windows software from Microsoft.

Unfortunately, I couldn't see where there was a security bulletin on M$'s site to give anymore details. They have Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-029 Flaw in Windows Function Could Allow Denial of Service (823803)

Well, if that doesn't give everyone a reason to run Windows Update, I don't know what will.

I think it might be Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-026 Buffer Overrun In RPC Interface Could Allow Code Execution (823980)

Figures, it was dated July 16th . . . only two weeks ago.

I think it only affects NT/2K/XP/2003 machines.
