Systems Medal of Honor with a Router

Iīve have a Router connected to the net. My Cable modem is connected to the WAN port of the router and then each computer connected to the other ports... I can only connect the computer thatīs connected to the first port of the router to an internet server in medal of honor, and I when I create a server (dedicated or not) outcoming connections (friends at their homes) cannot seem to connect to my server, and I donīt even know what IP to give them. Can anyone help me?

P.S. - I donīt know much about these things as youīve might noticed, and my english is a bit rusty...

you will need to forward the correct ports on what the game uses for people on the outside of the router to access the server. the ports i believe are 12203 and 12300

what router are you using?

the ip address you will want to give out can be found here

if your behind a router and do ipconfig you will get the 192.168.1.* which will only help you in where to forward the ports

you have to log into the router.

your router should of came with a manual that at least should get you started.

what you do with a linksys router is

open a browser and type 192.168.1.* usually the * is a default 1 so it would be 192.168.1.1 for most, but if u know what urs is then type it, now go to advanced tab (ORANGE TAB) and go to forwarding and then type the ports and check all such as tcp .ext and hit apply, and your done.
