Just bought a Radeon 9200.. opinons inside.

Its a good budget card.

I have this card, on my setup right now I only get 3500 3dmarks (2001). Ofcourse I'm using a PCCHIPS M817 and Athlon 1333mhz w/ 256mb PC2100. It's a ton better than my old card so I'm satisfied. Once I upgrade, i'm expecting 7000-8500 marks.

The ALi chipset is no speed demon ... using their latest AGP drivers might help. Apart from that, a faster CPU will also squeeze a handful more points out of the R9200.
(Oh, is that a plain 9200 w/ 250/200 core/RAM clock, or a faster "pro"?
