fan recommendations needed

i bought the vantec c7040 heatsink/fan.

the fan doesn't work and i want to replace the fan but don't know which one to get that will fit the heatsink.

i want to be able to overclock my system a little bit.

VANTEC AeroFlow VA4-C7040

anthlon xp 1700+

epox 8rda+

400 watt power supply that came with the case.


i rma the heatsink but the company sent it back to me saying it works fine.

but it doesn't it. i still have to take my finger and spin the fan before it starts spinning.

It's a YS Tech 70mm TMD fan that pushes 36cfm of air @ 38DBa.

Look under fans and accessories>indivdual fans>70x15mm fans. Lists 3 @ a little better prices. Not sure about shipping though. Hope this helps.
