8x on a 2x mob ??

It won't automatically work.
You need to check the specs of the video card.
2x is 3.3v. 8x is 1.5.
The card will need to be compatible with 3.3v for it to work. Not all cards are.

No.
All AGP bus speeds are spec'd at 66MHz, regaurdless if it's 1x or 8x.
200MHz would be your processor and/or RAM bus speeds, not AGP.

You can use any card that's specs state it's compatible with AGP 1.0/2x.
You can't use any card that's specs state it requires AGP2.0/8x.
Just read the system requirements of the cards you're interested in.
If you want suggestions on specific cards, you need to let us know what you are looking for. Game speed? Image quality? Price range?
