C3DVD.VXD?

I've got a Gateway Solo 9100 with a DVD drive. I've reinstalled Windows 98SE, and I can't get DVDPlay to work. Every time I try to open it, I get a message: "Could not load C3DVD.VXD" If I click OK, I get nothing but a green screen... can't play any DVDs.

Are you using a specific program such as windvd or powerdvd to view them?

The program is called DVDPlay by C-Cube. I have it working now. Apparently, even though I installed the AVI driver, video driver, and the DVD playing application..... something related to DVD playback wasn't installed. I installed the driver from the system control panel using a file on the DVD software install diskette.

Weird.
