how do i enable microsoft frontpage

searched and found file Microsoft Frontpage on my system. opened the file and it says version 3.0. there is a BIN folder and when i click it a blank white page appears but no text editor. my OS is windows 2000 pro. how do i turn on Frontpage?

Do you have MS Office installed?

I think it installs a layout for it, but you won't get anything w/o having it fully installed.

There maybe a frontpage express but think they killed that quiteawhile ago...

thanks vass, i have Office installed. i know there is a procedure to turn on these applications but i can't remember it now because it's not done often.
