Motherboard monitor 5 and cpu temps

I have an Asus A7N8X dlx. rev 2 and a barton 2500 @ 2.2ghz , 11 x 200 , 1,65 vcore with a volcano 9 and A.S.3 . I was told that the asus temp utility wasn't that accurate so I got MBM5 instead and used it. It shows that I have 2 temp sensors for my cpu one will read 42 C , and the other will read 53 C. So wich would be my true temp? I sure hope it's not 53 C , I figured it'd be more around 40 C with this volcano 9 and artic silver 3. Plus I have plenty of case cooling so it's getting plenty of air , 2 in front , 2 in the side , 1 in the back , and 1 in the top, all of them are 80mm. All are blowing in except for the one in the top and the one in the back. MBM5 says that my board temp is 28 C . The room this things in is around 80 F so I thought 42 C was pretty good but what about the other temp?53 C ? Any thoughts ?

53C is your AMD
the lower number is the temp inside youre case

I get those temps when o'cd to 2.2 with my 2500. Thats pretty normal especially with that room temp.
