Opening tax program

I don't know if any of you have had this problem. It' a first for me and very frustrating. I am using Turbotax and I am going back to year 2000 which I have installed on my computer. I amended that form about three months ago and now need a print a copy but am unable to do so. When I click it to come on the monitor I get a box that says" Run with video "or" Run Without video" and I cannot get the tax form to appear. This is on my Win XP but I can bring it up on my Win 98 however I cannot get a printer to work on 98.. Anyone help.

wait you know you need a new tax program every year right? oh well what printer do you have and what have you tried to do as far as setting it up goes?
