BTW, I voted for option two... but the reason I'm voting is not entirely because of freedom of speech, its because that I play other games out there that portray equally if not more gruelling images of innocent people dying regardless if they are fictional or not. So the reason I voted #2 is because I don't like being a hypocrite.

I voted that I am kind of for it but wouldn't play it. (Probably because I don't even play UT2K3 anyway. )

B: This is far from a "free speech" issue. It is a matter of what is considered to be in poor taste.

I voted for I have no spine! The reason being? I dont play games, I could careless about the violence I am neither for it or against it. I personally dont choose to play violent games or even view much violence on tv. But if other people get their kicks of on it so be it. Im not going to march up and down the streets promoting or demoting my personal beliefs. I personaly think that each person has to come to a point in their life where they choose what to do. Wether it be violence or non-violence either way is not going to change my mind about the choice someone makes.

Not even if someone makes the choice to bash in your brains (or your mom, dad, sister, brother, best friend, etc.) with a 2X4 full of rusty nails? I can't see anyone sitting on the fence and not wishing that someone didn't make that particular choice. There is a difference between being a pacifist and a doormat.
